Festival Internacional de Títeres Rosete Aranda

Inmerso en la actualidad dentro las tradicionales fiestas populares, los visitantes y pobladores del estado de Tlaxcala no sólo se recrearán del 26 de julio al 8 de agosto de 2010 con el vigésimo quinto aniversario del Festival Internacional de Títeres Rosete Aranda, sino además, serán actores y testigos de un acontecimiento que representa la lucha de un pueblo por conservar sus tradiciones artísticas.

Usanzas que se exhibirán en este festejo en heterogéneos estilos, pues desde aquellas compañías teatrales que propugnarán por recurrir a la tradicional marioneta de hilos, Marionetas de la esquina, México, o Marionetas en libertad, Alemania, hasta esas que podrán a la vista la riqueza de este arte al fusionar sus géneros (guante (guiñol), varillas, muppet (bocón), sombras) como La troupe, México, demostraran a los asistentes que esta expresión está viva.
